Data that you own

Generated data and logs belong to you. TruePositive stores them so you can train, serve, and review. We do not take ownership.

Ownership

Your organization owns the artifacts the product holds for you: policies, generated datasets, imported examples, custom model versions, and inference logs. TruePositive stores that data. Storage is the service, not a transfer of title.

Managed model weights we publish are ours. Your prompts, datasets, custom models, and logs are not a public corpus and are not used to train those managed models.

Inference payloads

Request and response bodies are optional to keep. Your organization chooses whether payloads are stored. The choice is captured per request, at the moment the request is received.

  • When payload storage is on, request and response payloads are kept for the configured period (1 to 365 days), then deleted.
  • When payload storage is off, payloads are never stored. Request metadata and usage are always recorded either way, so billing and operations still work.
  • Changing the setting affects future requests. Earlier requests keep the setting that was active when they were received.
  • Owners and admins manage retention in organization settings.

Generated data and custom models

Datasets you generate or import, and models you train, persist as project artifacts so you can iterate. They remain organization-owned. They follow the product lifecycle of those resources, and they are not governed by the inference payload timer above.
